Topic: Turkish coffee thoughts (22 lines)
1) From: John Kangas
Here I go theorizing again... The Turkish thread got this train of thought
started, I'm thinking that perhaps traditionally, Turkish coffee might not
be boiled, maybe the foaming of the fresh coffee appeared to be boiling to
observers unaquainted with fresh coffee. The reported disgrace of serving
this drink without the foam could have something to do with serving guests
last month's leftover roast! Anyways, just a random unsupported thought,
perhaps I'll do some "research" this weekend!
