I've been reading with a great deal of interest the discussion on blending. I note one thing, though. It seems to center around Yemen's, Sulawesi's, Sumatra's. What is everyone's experience blending central or South Americans, together or with those mentioned above? How about a Kenyan with Costa Rica? Seems to me that you'd get a bright cup, but with a bit of fruit and a little more 'heaviness' or after taste.
