Topic: Turkish Coffee? (4 msgs / 97 lines)
1) From: Steve Schoon
Over the Christmas holiday, I spent some time with my brother-in-law who is
originally from Lebanon. He made Turkish coffee for me. He tells me that
it is traditional to mix the ground coffee with Cardamom spice, and that's
what he served me. Very different from anything I've ever had, but fun to
try.
I was hoping for someone's recommendation on what a good green would be, so
I can send him some homeroast.

PS - yes, I know that "turkish coffee" is more a brewing method than a type
of roast or bean. ;-)

A traditional Mocca Java Blend would probably do the trick.
