Today I hit the thrift shops again, and came home with a 3 qt stainless
two handled pot, with a lid that fits snug. This is the new chassis to
my Pumper :) Four bucks (A lot, I know. Figured on spending less than a
dollar)
I will cut a hole in the lid and a hole in the side that will take the
Stinger hose, in case I need it. (Still working on roasting a pound)
BTW, someone had asked how to cut large holes in SS. Just recently
discovered that the lowly (mighty?) Dremel with a cut-off disk works
just great. Makes short work of the SS I have been working with lately.
Now I need to get some pictures, I know.

A Greenlee 'knock out punch' works well if you have one available. They are
a bit pricy unless you intend to pop quite a few holes the same size. Ebay
is awash with them (or was).
