This is a multi-part message in MIME format.http://www.salvatore-espresso.com/pricelst.html#anchor410419This website offers an option to add an external volumetric pump for =
$360.
Now, does this mean that if you owned another brand like the Giotto, it =
would be possible to add this a modification or one like it?

Sure. With a little plumbing. You could use a Procon carbonator pump =
with internal bypass coupled to a 1/6 or 1/4Hp carbonator motor. The =
pump could be under the counter.
The plumbing isn't as straight forward as you might think. You will need =
a power relay to operate the pump. Ideally you will have a drain line =
installed, too. If you aren't a tinkerer, you will want to send your =
machine in for this modification.

actually my faema in the 220 volt version has the rotary pump; so it
shouldn't be a gig leap to expect otherwise.-
