| Good morning, I'm thinking it would be useful to be able to attach files directly to posts - I haven't seen one attached on this list, so it's probably not possible. I guess I could use some website (don't know where) and attach a link if this doesn't work. Attached (I hope) is a bean temperature profile for a stovetop popper roast of 1/2 lb of Brazil Cerrado. Any comments on the rate (17 deg/sec) or the profile in general that this newby can learn from? | Hi Jeff, I take it that you couldn't see the file that was attached, but wanted to be sure. I can see in on gmail but that may be because I sent it. Gmail puts my posts with the list when I send them, so I'm not sure what the rest you see. Being able to attach files would be useful for lots of things - for example it would be fun to make a spreadsheet of the coffee/water ratios for everybody who has provided information in the current thread.
